After many years of development and refinement, we are now presenting the latest knife system to the TurnKnife® family: Super TurnKnife® - Next Generation

The new knife system combines the strength of the Super TurnKnife® and the operational features of TurnKnife® System II. The new knife offers greater flexibility, which increases the opportunities for optimizing the chip quality, making it easier for customers to exceed chip quality goals. The knife clamp has also been redesigned in order to reduce chip build-up around the bolt heads.

Extensive tests clearly indicate a substantial reduction in the proportion of pin and fines, and our new Super TurnKnife® - Next Generation knife system offers substantial knife life improvements.
